This will open Vortex and begin the download.
Vortex: Click the Mod Manager Download button on the file you want to download. You can either download it through Vortex (recommended), or you can download it manually. Which file(s) to download varies from mod to mod, so be sure to read the installation instructions! Now you have two ways to download the file. You will now be presented with one or more files, categorized as Main files, Updates, Optional files, Old files, and miscellaneous. Once you've found a mod read the description, then click the Files tab. From here you can browse the categories, new or newly updated files, top files, use the advanced search, search by tags, or browse the Files of the Month. Finding mods can be done in various ways found in the Files drop-down menu on the top of the site. Deleting the mod will not only remove it from the game but it’ll also be removed from the library.This tutorial will take you step-by-step through the process of downloading mods from Nexus Mods. Deactivate will keep the mod in the library but it will not appear in-game. On the drop-down menu, choose to delete or deactivate. Go back to mods in the main menu and locate the library. Disabling mods and deleting them is just as simple as downloading and enabling mods. 
Other times, mods can get boring or perhaps not what the player expected. Sometimes players get carried away and install tons of demanding mods at once, causing the game to crash. Even if players choose to load a previous save, the mods they’ve just enabled will be in-game and ready to use. Usually, a message will appear that lets players know that certain mods enabled have changed the course of the game. After enabling all mods, the system will adjust and reload the game with the mods enabled. If multiple mods are downloaded, a load order is a viable option, usually putting graphics mods first in the downloading queue. After downloading, re-select it and choose “enable” on the options list. After finding the mod(s) you want to install, select them and choose “download”.
